is situated on the banks of the Blackwood River nestled in the Blackwood River Valley. A character filled timber town from the early 1900s, Nannup is now known for its dazzling flowers, quaint country nature and the opportunity to explore the surrounding
forests. Nannup is a Trails Town, offering visitors various opportunities to walk, run, bike or ride horse back through its stunning natural landscape and includes:

Nannup’s existing accommodation market includes 132 rooms spread across 32 properties, with 80% of rooms
located in B&B or cottage style accommodation.
The one motel in town (Nannup Hotel) only has 20 rooms split between the pub (14 rooms) and the adjacent 4 motel units.
Nannup Valley Chalet (60 beds) and Nannup River Chalets (40 beds) were previously sold and converted to school camp facilities, removing these beds from the market.
